Specifics:

LOA: 44ft. LOD: 40ft

Hull: Cold molded, Epoxy over wood. Hull is inspected and maintained yearly. The wooden substrate is probably tropical. I have a video detailing the refurbishment to the engine compartment which shows how strong the wood is.  I trust this hull more than any other similar vessel I’ve seen.
Dagger board: retractable via winch. Aluminum.
Draught: 4-9ft approx.
Mast: Aluminum. Approx 61.5ft. We can get under a 62ft high bridge!

2023 Yanmar 4JH57. Consumption: 2-2.5L/hr. 125A alternator.

Sails by Dave Calvert. Approx 10 years old. Only light use and in very good condition.

Mainsail and Doyle boom mounted lazy pack.

With the Main and stay sails up, TD is completely self-tacking, requiring nothing more than turning the wheel!

Lewmar windlass. Operated from helm position.
Main anchor: Vulcan 25KG. All chain.
There are two other, high-quality anchors one of which is a Fortress, suitable for the size of vessel. 2 x 20ft chain plus 150ft rope. Next to sailing, anchoring is our top priority!
Tender: 8ft Caribe. Hard bottom inflatable with electric Torquedo outboard.

Interiors:

After cabin: Very large bed and very comfortable memory foam mattress. Separate head and shower. Composting (airhead) toilet.
F/ward cabin: As above.
Salon: L shaped seating with fold-away table.
Galley: U shaped surfaces with Force 10 propane 3 ring stove and oven (very good condition).
3 x fridges/freezers. 2 are older. They operate well, but require getting used to. The other is brand new.
Propane cabin heater, cabin-operated solenoid, 2 x external proprietary propane storage tanks, internal bilge alarm. Emergency air mover. (system works perfectly and we’ve never experienced a leak of any sort). There are 4 x 20lb tanks, enough to last entire season!
